  The owner and his nephew are very friendly, but very disorganized. We scheduled an appointment for one day and I waited all afternoon and he never showed.I called several times and finally reached him only to find out he scheduled me for a different day than what we had agreed on. A few days after they came and sprayed the insecticide, we started having more bugs in the house than what we began with. And no, they aren't dead bugs. They are alive, click beetles, roaches and spiders. I called and emailed them to ask why the insecticide didn't kill these insects and I never got a reply. Although they were friendly, I will never use them again. I only paid $40 because Amazon had a voucher. I guess you get what you pay for!
