  Worst customer service ever! My mother walked into the store today asking for help to understand why her bill was higher than usual. Charles “Chuck” stated he was the manager and was very rude, disrespectful, and condescending. Instead of trying to help her he told her in a very arrogant manner that the amount shown due is what she needs to pay and continued in a rude manner repeating himself. My mother told him he’s being very rude. He then stated he was the manager and if she would like to pay the amount shown (that, by the way, was just under $6 over her normal due amount) then that’s up to her and proceeded to put the statement in her face to show her the amount due! She had to actually tell him to get that out of her face! He simply could’ve taken a few minutes to explain the reason her bill was a little higher is because the last payment was a few days late. The other employee in the store looked at him in disbelief. I will be in contact with the General Manager after sending out this review.
